Return & Cancellation Policy
1. General Policy
1.1 Once payment is confirmed, orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, except in the case of goods received damaged or defective.
2. Returns
2.1 We only accept returns if the goods you receive are damaged or defective.
2.2 To request a return, you must contact our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing your order number, clear photos, and a description of the issue.
2.3 Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
3. Exchanges
3.1 Orders cannot currently be exchanged online.
3.2 In the event of receiving damaged goods, an exchange or refund will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected.
4. Cancellations & Order Changes
4.1 Please understand that the cancellation or change of an order is only available within 2 hours of your order being created.
4.2 After this 2-hour window, we cannot cancel or modify order(s) due to system limits, as all order data is passed to our warehouse for the shipping process.
